The programming is modifiable to all levels, and the coaches know exactly how to adjust it for you depending on what your goals are. It’s easy to get to, right off the freeway, the owners and members are amazing and it’s one the less expensive gyms / CrossFit boxes AND it comes with free childcare 2 hours / day; 5 days per week - we wouldn’t be able to get to CrossFit like we wanted if it weren’t for them!

I love this gym. I visited a couple others in the area before deciding on WCR and this one is a welcoming place for all fitness levels, the facility and equipment are awesome and the owners are highly involved and care about their members. I like this gym so much that I make the commute from Layton, where there are 2 CF gyms and it is well worth it. Best CrossFit gym in the North SLC area by far.

I have been coming here since 2016. The owners Jason and Brittany are fantastic and keep the place clean and always up to date. The programming is specialized and focused. A CrossFit gym lives or dies by the programming and this place has always maintained a progressive workout regiment. Highly recommend if you want results.

At Acalo CrossFit, our CrossFit Kids classes are designed to get kids ages 7 to 13 moving in fun and engaging ways. These sessions blend games and physical activity to create an exciting conditioning program that’s perfect for all strength levels. The goal is to help kids develop lifelong strength habits while building strength and confidence.

Our sessions focus on functional movements that carry over into other sports and activities, helping children excel in more than just CrossFit. We also offer teen classes for older kids and teenagers to ensure everyone gets the right challenge for their age.

Parent involvement is key to helping the little ones stick to their fitness journey. Whether it’s cheering them on or trying the exercise yourself, we encourage families to stay active together. Our trainers and teachers make sure each kid feels supported, whether they’re learning how to use new equipment or playing a fun game!
