I visited a couple others in the area before deciding on WCR and this one is a welcoming place for all fitness levels, the facility and equipment are awesome and the owners are highly involved and care about their members. I like this gym so much that I make the commute from Layton, where there are 2 CF gyms and it is well worth it. Best CrossFit gym in the North SLC area by far.
